We want you to be confident in every Money Over Memories purchase. Here’s how shipping, returns, and exchanges work.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Delivery times vary by destination and the option selected at checkout.
Returns & exchanges
Unworn, unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To start a return, email us with your order number and we’ll share the next steps.
- Items must be unworn and in original packaging.
- Custom, personalized, and made-to-order pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
